The festival starts from 11 A.M to 10 p.m.On this weekend you will definitely not want to miss out on witnessing both Ghana’s current sensational musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr., known by his stage name Shatta Wale (formerly Bandana) perform live; or the rich African culture displayed with pomp and pageantry in Chicago. His presence at Ghanafest is big, the festival itself is an unadulterated Ghanaian cultural exposition that occurs once a year on the last Saturday of July in Chicago! Yes again we are talking about the cultural phenomenon called Ghanafest in Chicago, the mother of all African cultural celebrations in the Diasporas! Been to Ghanafest before?
