A two-year contract extension handed Black Stars’ coach, Kwasi Appiah, is expected to send the Ghanaian laughing all the way to the bank a windfall of $873,000 for the duration of the deal. Manchester United are the latest Premier League club to unveil their new home kit for the forthcoming season. The strip remains in the club’s traditional colours – red, white and black – with a new-look white collar. The world governing body of football, FIFA, has ordered that toppled NFF boss, Aminu Maigari, be reinstated along with the entire executive council lest the country be punished.
